Currently, Visa JP Canada operates on Pacific Standard Time (PST) in Vancouver. In North America, including Canada, there is Daylight Saving Time from the second Sunday in March to the first Saturday in November. The usual time difference is 17 hours, but during Daylight Saving Time, it becomes 16 hours.
