What is Permanent Residence?
Permanent residence (PR) grants foreign nationals the right to reside permanently in Canada. As a permanent resident, individuals enjoy the same access to public services such as healthcare and education as Canadian citizens, and they are also permitted to work and operate businesses in Canada. However, to maintain their permanent resident status, individuals must consistently meet the residency obligation.
What is Express Entry?
Express Entry is a system where Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) does not process permanent residence applications in the order they are received. Instead, it prioritizes applications from individuals who possess the skills needed to succeed in Canada. For more details, please refer to the following link:Express Entry
