This client discovered, just before departure, that the study permit application for their son’s high school study abroad had never been submitted, and asked Shiraishi VisaJP Canada to handle an urgent application. We did our very best on a tight schedule that spanned a weekend, and the study permit was obtained in about 1 week, in time for the enrolment date.
We are so glad your son made it in time for the start of school!

Client Comments
What made you choose Shiraishi VisaJP Canada?
I had entrusted my son’s Study Permit for high school study abroad to a study abroad agency in Japan, but just before his departure, we discovered that the application had never been submitted. I was stunned, angry and shocked at this completely unexpected news, but I wanted my son to travel in time for his high school’s once-a-year enrolment date, so I desperately reached out to Shiraishi VisaJP Canada.
What was the most memorable part of the process?
Encouraged by their words that, although there was no guarantee it would be in time, they would do their very best, I prepared everything they asked for, staying up to wait for their messages despite the time difference. Even though it ran into the weekend in Canada, every moment counted, and the consultant somehow managed to get the application submitted.
We waited for the result feeling that we had done all we could, and just before the start date, we were told that the visa had been approved. My son made it in time for the enrolment date, and it became the best birthday present for him. It all worked out in the end, but my son also went through a great deal of worry, and I can only hope that trouble like this, bordering on fraud, will not happen again.
How was your experience using Shiraishi VisaJP Canada’s services?
Although we were far apart, in Japan and Canada, they were a great source of reassurance. Thank you for handling our case so urgently.
