For his daughter, who was going to a Canadian university on an exchange program, Mr. Y asked Shiraishi VisaJP Canada to handle the study permit application. Of the several companies he contacted, we responded the most quickly and courteously, and the study permit was obtained in about 1 week.
We stayed in contact with the father, who was working overseas, and the permit was approved one week after his daughter’s application was submitted.

Born in Japan. After earning a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan, she worked for six years in New York as a marketing consultant at a major travel agency, while also studying in an MBA program at the City University of New York. Client Comments
Why did you decide to immigrate to Canada?
My daughter was going to a Canadian university on an exchange program from the Japanese university she attends.
What made you choose Shiraishi VisaJP Canada?
The school gave my daughter guidance on applying for the visa herself, but preparing the study permit application documents was very hard to understand and we were worried, so I searched online for a company that could handle the visa application for us. I sent inquiry emails to three agencies and received replies, but the reply from Shiraishi VisaJP Canada was extremely quick and courteous, so I decided to ask them.
What was the most memorable part of the process?
They explained everything very clearly and carefully, one step at a time, so there was nothing particularly difficult. If I had to name something, we did not have a scanner at home, so it took time to get the documents scanned.
How was your experience using Shiraishi VisaJP Canada’s services?
Everything was courteous, fast and reliable. In particular, they confirmed receipt of every email I sent, which gave me a great sense of security.
Future outlook and a message for those planning to travel to Canada
I recommend asking Shiraishi VisaJP Canada, which is trustworthy and highly experienced. I have been living overseas for 23 years, and I was impressed by Shiraishi VisaJP Canada’s customer service, which is five-star level and very rare for a company overseas.
