Immigration Consultant

Toko Gould

Born in Japan. Worked as a registered dietitian in hospitals and other facilities. Moved to Vancouver, Canada in 2001 on a Working Holiday. Later utilized her professional background to obtain a work visa, then Canadian permanent residency as a skilled worker. Studied Oil and Gas Administration at a college in Alberta, then worked at a U.S.-based oil company. Later studied accounting and transitioned into an accounting role.

Why did you decide to immigrate to Canada?

What led me to go on a working holiday in Canada this time was that my Canadian partner was returning to Canada, and I wanted to go with them while also improving my own skills.

What made you choose Shiraishi VisaJP Canada?

Since I knew nothing about visas, I searched online for “Canada visa consultation” and was drawn to the fact that Shiraishi VisaJP Canada offered consultations via LINE. When I consulted them, they responded very attentively, so I decided to ask them to handle my application.

What was the most memorable part of the process?

The hard part of getting the visa was paying the application fee. I had trouble with the payment because of the type of credit card and the one-time key. I also did not really understand the rules when booking my medical exam. (Note: Client I was hoping to work in an occupation that requires a medical exam.)

How was your experience using Shiraishi VisaJP Canada’s services?

Thanks to the application service, I had no stress about the application rules, the submission timing or my résumé, and the peace of mind of having someone to consult was very valuable. Thank you very much.
