Client Comments
Why did you decide to immigrate to Canada?
Because I was deeply moved when I encountered Canada’s natural environment and the kindness of the people who live here.
What made you choose Shiraishi VisaJP Canada?
I looked for an agency that seemed likely to move the visa application forward quickly and that could also help me obtain a work permit later on, and Shiraishi VisaJP Canada is what I found.
What was the most memorable part of the process?
First of all, I wanted to file the study permit application as early as possible, and your company seems to have an established routine — you got it to filing very quickly. It was also good that you told me what to watch out for when travelling, even after the application was in.
How was your experience using Shiraishi VisaJP Canada’s services?
The application was finished far sooner than I expected, so I am very satisfied.
Future outlook and a message for those planning to travel to Canada
With the world situation unstable, I expect this will remain a difficult era for people trying to go abroad, but if you decide on your goal in advance you can move ahead fairly smoothly. For my part, I plan to get used to life here while attending university. If you understand the culture and meet people without ever closing yourself off, I think you can have a good time.
Key Points from the Consultant
When Ms. T signed with us, she held a conditional Letter of Acceptance (LOA) subject to proof of a certain level of English.
A PAL (provincial attestation letter) is mandatory for a study permit application, and there is currently a cap on numbers. We therefore judged it best to file with every condition satisfied, and although the start date was approaching, with her cooperation we waited for the English proof to be obtained before completing the filing.
As a result, approval came about ten days after filing, in time for the start date, and travel to Canada went ahead.
We wish her all the best in student life in Canada, and we look forward to the day we can help with a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) or similar in the future!
