What are your plans for your life in Canada, and what message would you give to those considering coming to Canada?
Life in Canada can be challenging for each member of our family, and things do not always go according to plan. But I think that is true wherever you live! We want to stay positive and continue doing our best.
C first attended one of our online seminars four years ago, when they were considering moving to Canada as a family from Japan for their children’s education. Since then, we have continued to support the family throughout their journey. The family moved to the Greater Vancouver Area with permanent residence in mind. One spouse studied at a Canadian school while the other stayed in Canada on a Spousal Open Work Permit, and their children attended local schools. After graduating, the student spouse obtained a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) and began working in an occupation that qualifies for a Spousal Open Work Permit. Their immigration plans have progressed very smoothly to this point.
