In the second year of working on a work permit and considering a permanent residence application, Client N first booked a paid consultation with Shiraishi VisaJP Canada and then decided to use our application service. With flexible suggestions from us even when submitting documents became difficult, the client obtained permanent residence through the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) in 4 months.
CEC draws have been paused since September 2021 to deal with the backlog, but the application was submitted just before that, and the review was completed in only 4 months.

Client Comments
Why did you decide to immigrate to Canada?
After a co-op as a student and then a work permit, I was entering my second year of work when I started thinking about applying for permanent residence.
What made you choose Shiraishi VisaJP Canada?
With only about nine months left on my work permit, I searched for an immigration consultant because I wanted reliable support that would give me peace of mind. I first signed up for a three-hour consultation plan and asked Ms. Yamashita lots of questions, and she answered every one of them with real care. She also explained each possible scenario one by one, and while receiving her advice, I felt that I wanted her continued support, so I decided to use the application service.
What was the most memorable part of the process?
What worried me on the way to permanent residence was that I would not know when I could get the English test score I needed until I actually took the test, and the score needed to pass also fluctuated, so I felt anxious. Imagining that the COVID-19 pandemic might affect permanent residence applications at any time made me feel rushed, and I understood that not everything could be solved by my own efforts alone, which also made me uneasy.
How was your experience using Shiraishi VisaJP Canada’s services?
These are the things I am glad about in using Shiraishi VisaJP Canada’s application service.
There were several options for applying for permanent residence, but they worked with me to find the best application method for my situation at the time, and I felt I should have contacted them sooner rather than worrying on my own.
Unfortunately, it took quite a long time to create my CRA web account, and there was a period when I worried that I might not be able to submit my documents in time, but they suggested alternatives to the required documents and told me about past cases, which was very reassuring.
At every step of the application, I could also learn how long other applicants were waiting and when documents would arrive, so I never had to worry alone, and I was glad to know to some extent what I would need to do next.
They also answered and dealt with my questions each time while I was preparing the many documents to submit, which was a huge help.
Future outlook and a message for those planning to travel to Canada
Finally, my outlook for the future. With permanent residence, I am no longer tied to a visa, so I can go back to being a student if there is something I want to learn, and I can take a new career path as I choose, so my options have really expanded. From now on, I want to take on more and more of the things that interest me here in Canada.
