After a working holiday, Client T was staying in Canada on a co-op work permit and asked Shiraishi VisaJP Canada for a free counselling session. With consistent support from the employer-supported work permit through to the permanent residence application, the client obtained permanent residence through the Canadian Experience Class in approximately 18 months.
All I had to do was collect the documents and I could leave everything else to them, which was very reassuring. It really was right to leave it to professionals.

Why did you decide to immigrate to Canada?
I had always been interested in moving to North America, and I came to love Canada, where I first came on a working holiday, for its abundant nature and relaxed pace. While I was staying on a co-op work permit, I wondered, “Is there any way I can stay longer?” So I asked Shiraishi VisaJP Canada, which has a strong track record, for a free counselling session, just to hear what they had to say.
What made you choose Shiraishi VisaJP Canada?
After that, I drifted away from the idea of immigrating for a while, but luckily my workplace agreed to support my work permit, and from then on, immigration consultant Ms. Shiraishi helped me all the way through to my PR.
How was your experience using Shiraishi VisaJP Canada’s services?
For both my work permit and PR applications, they told me which documents were needed, and all I had to do was collect them; I could leave everything else to them, which was very reassuring, and I felt it really was right to leave it to professionals.
It was also very helpful that whenever I was unsure and asked what I should do, they gave me precise advice.
There were times when I felt anxious or frustrated, such as when my English score did not rise as I had hoped, or when the wait for the review felt very long, but now I am relieved to have obtained my PR.
Future outlook and a message for those planning to travel to Canada
The pandemic brought changes to society and to my own way of thinking, but obtaining PR has broadened my options for what I can do in Canada, so I want to take on many challenges while properly putting down roots for my life here.
