Shiraishi VisaJP Canada also takes on study permit cases that have already been refused. In this case, we share the story of Ms. T, whose daughter was studying ballet in Canada and whose self-filed extension had been refused twice before she asked us to take over.
Ms. Gould explained the situation carefully and clearly, so I was able to leave it in her hands with confidence.

Key Points from the Consultant
Her existing visa was due to expire in early December, so we filed the extension before the expiry date to allow her to keep studying up to the winter break.
She had already planned to go home for the New Year, but if she left, she would not be able to attend school after returning to Canada until the decision was issued and the visa actually printed.
She therefore made the difficult choice to give up the trip home, remain in Canada, and continue studying while waiting for the decision.
Not being able to go home is very hard for a child, but her studies were unaffected and the visa was approved. That result came from the effort of the applicant and her parent, and we are truly grateful.

Client Comments
Why did you decide to immigrate to Canada?
It was so that my daughter, who is in junior high school, could study ballet in Canada.
What made you choose Shiraishi VisaJP Canada?
We obtained the first year’s study permit ourselves without any trouble, but our second-year extension application was refused twice for incomplete documentation. While looking for a company that could file on our behalf, I found Shiraishi VisaJP Canada, who share examples of all kinds of cases and how to handle them through videos and articles. When I contacted them their response was so kind and trustworthy that I decided to ask them.
What was the most memorable part of the process?
Friends who had filed on their own obtained their visas without any problem using the same method, and the school told us it would be fine, yet the refusals kept coming and we were extremely worried.
How was your experience using Shiraishi VisaJP Canada’s services?
While we were applying on our own I was anxious, but Ms. Gould, who handled our case, explained the situation carefully and clearly, so I was able to leave it in her hands with confidence.
Future outlook and a message for those planning to travel to Canada
You can apply for a Canadian visa online yourself, but once you are refused, subsequent reviews become stricter and take longer. If we stay again next year, I would like to ask Shiraishi VisaJP Canada once more.
Additional Comments
We were told that between the end of the first year’s visa and the approval of the extension, leaving Canada would mean not being able to re-enter, so my daughter stayed in Canada over the winter holidays. During that period I travelled to Canada myself and we spent nearly four weeks together. The people were warm and it was such a comfortable place that it became a country I love. When I think that we would not have had that experience without the visa trouble, it turned out well in the end, but only because Ms. Gould worked so hard for us. I am extremely grateful. Thank you.
