To build a life in Canada with a same-sex partner, Ms. I applied for permanent residence through the Family Class. Why did you decide to immigrate to Canada?
Same-sex marriage is not recognised in Japan, so in order to live together with the partner I met in Canada, I decided to obtain permanent residence through the Family Class and move to Canada.
