アルバータ州ノミネーションプログラムとは
アルバータ州内で農場を購入または開始する予定の農業経験者は、推薦状（ノミネーション）を申請し、推薦（ノミネート）を得た後、アルバータ州での永住と就労を申請する機会を与えるカテゴリーです。
Farm Streamの申請条件
農場経営能力
- 候補者は、農場管理能力があることを証明しなければならない。その証明には以下が含まれるが、これに限定されるものではありません。
- 既存の農業経営に関する財務書類。
- 教育、訓練、職務経験を証明する書類。
- アルバータ州で検討している農業事業の事業計画案。
- カナダの金融機関が、あなたが提案する農業事業に融資する意思があることを証明する書類。
十分な資金力
最低50万カナダドルの純資産を示す書類、または他の資金源から同程度の資金を調達できることを確認できる書類を提出すること。
一次生産投資
アルバータ州での農園経営プランを提出すること。
Farm Streamの申請プロセス
2024年9月30日から申請方法が変わり、EOI制度が導入されました。：アルバータ州ノミネーションプログラムにEOI方式を導入【登録は2024年9月30日から開始】
01Accelerated Tech Pathwayの申請条件を満たす
申請書を提出する前に、最低資格を満たしているか確認してください。
02AAIPのオンラインフォームを入力する
AAIP Farm Stream Document Checklistを確認し、申請に必要なすべての書式を用意し、資料のアップデートをします。申請料金$500を支払います。
03AAIPへ申請
アルバータ州からEメールで申請招待を受け取ったら、申請を完了します。その後プールに登録され、AAIPがプールにいる申請者をノミネートするかどうか審査します。
04州からのノミネート（推薦）を受ける
AAIP審査オフィスでの審査が完了すると申請者あてに結果が届きます。合格することを「ノミネート」と言います。
05プロフィールをアップデートする
州かのノミネート移民局のオンラインシステムにノミネーションされたことを更新する必要があります。
06カナダ移民局に永住権申請
オンライン申請ポータルアカウントから必要な書類をカナダ移民局に提出し、申請料$500を支払います。
07カナダ移民局の審査
カナダ移民局の審査が完了すると申請者あてにConfirmation of Permanent Resident (CoPR)というレターが届きます。
08ランディング
カナダ国外からの申請者はCoPRを持ってカナダ国内に入国します。カナダ国内からの申請者は、オンラインでランディング手続きができます。
09PRカードを受け取る
ランディング後、数ヶ月でPRカードがカナダ国内の指定住所に届きます。
