Skilled Worker

The program is designed for foreign nationals and immigration candidates who possess skills that will benefit the province’s labour market. All applicants must be committed to settling permanently in Newfoundland and Labrador.

International Graduate

This pathway to permanent residence is available to foreign graduates who intend to settle permanently in the province. Applicants must hold a valid post-graduation work permit to be eligible for this stream.

International Entrepreneur

This stream is designed for foreign nationals with experience in business ownership and management who wish to invest in and operate a business. Applicants must have substantial business management experience and a significant personal net worth.

International Graduate Entrepreneur

Individuals who have graduated from a higher education institution in the province and have at least one year of experience operating or managing a business in Newfoundland and Labrador are eligible to apply for permanent residence.
