After marrying a Canadian partner, and having had another visa application refused, Client C asked Shiraishi VisaJP Canada to handle an outland Family Class application. With careful progress management even while exchanging documents between Japan and Canada took time, the client obtained permanent residence in approximately 5.5 months.
I was anxious because a visa had been refused once before, but I asked VisaJP Canada to handle it and got my PR sooner than expected!

Client Comments
Why did you decide to immigrate to Canada?
I married my Canadian partner, and Shiraishi VisaJP Canada helped me with my permanent residence application under the Family Class.
What made you choose Shiraishi VisaJP Canada?
While we were living apart in Japan and Canada during the COVID-19 pandemic, I applied for a different visa but was refused, so I was very anxious about this application and decided to ask Shiraishi VisaJP Canada.
What was the most memorable part of the process?
When I started consulting them, our marriage had not yet been registered in Japan, and it was very frustrating how long everything took, from exchanging various documents between here and Japan to switching to a passport in my new surname. However, Ms. Sakurai, who was in charge of my case, kept track of the progress, such as when my family register would be ready and when my passport would be issued, and gave me advice on gathering documents efficiently, so I think we reached the application stage more smoothly than I had expected.
How was your experience using Shiraishi VisaJP Canada’s services?
I think both the preparation period and the wait for the review are naturally stressful, but because they always contacted me carefully and promptly, I rarely felt anxious and could calmly wait for my visa to progress, which I think was a major benefit of asking them.
And I am truly happy that I obtained permanent residence sooner than I expected. Thank you very much.
(Note: I applied through the new online application system.)
Future outlook and a message for those planning to travel to Canada
I feel that I have finally reached the starting point of my life in Canada.
I am sure there will be hard times ahead, but I want to keep in mind that it is precisely because I obtained permanent residence that I can take on new challenges.
