What was the most memorable part of the process?

The world also went into the COVID-19 pandemic while the PR application was in progress, and during that time the client returned to Japan to wait for the review there. Because of this, the PR review may have taken longer than usual, but Ms. Shiraishi supported the client responsibly all the way through to obtaining permanent residence. Thanks to her, the client is now able to live in Canada like this.
