Why did you decide to immigrate to Canada?
I first came to Canada on a working holiday. At the time I wasn’t particularly thinking about working or settling permanently in Canada, but just as my working holiday visa was about to expire, my employer offered me a work permit. I thought I might as well take the opportunity and extended my stay, and that gradually led me to consider applying for permanent residence.
