Mr. K went through an anxious period when his BC PNP immigration category was temporarily suspended, and Shiraishi VisaJP Canada proposed a Family Class permanent residence application as a common-law partner. We presented the best option out of several choices, and he obtained permanent residence in 4 months.
A trustworthy consultant who understood my situation well proposed the best application method, and I am glad.

What was the most memorable part of the process?
In my case, I first worked on a working holiday and initially planned to apply for immigration under the BC PNP Entry Level category. I had signed the application forms and made the preparations, and just a few days before applying, intake for my category was temporarily suspended. Honestly, both my employer and I were anxious about what would happen next. Meanwhile, my working holiday was about to expire, so for the time being I asked Ms. Shiraishi to apply for a work permit.
The work permit was approved, but for immigration all I could do was wait for the day intake would reopen. Still, I never gave up hope that I would get permanent residence someday, and even from the day the immigration intake was suspended, I worked as hard as I could and studied, determined to immigrate and work in Canada in the future.
At the same time, I was living with my girlfriend, who had obtained permanent residence. One day, when I told Ms. Shiraishi about this, she suggested that after living together for one year, I could apply for immigration as a common-law partner, and that I might try applying that way.
A while later, I was also told that BC would start accepting applications under a new Entry Level category. At that point, I had a choice of application methods. Thinking about my future work and my life with my girlfriend, I told Ms. Shiraishi that I wanted to resolve my visa situation early and settle myself in Canada as soon as possible, and she chose the best application method for me. We applied under the Family Class, and the application was approved in just under four months.
How was your experience using Shiraishi VisaJP Canada’s services?
An immigration application involves many documents to submit, and gathering and filling them out takes a lot of time and effort. I think there are also techniques involved. It does of course cost money, but for anyone who wants to proceed with their application more reliably and more quickly, I recommend asking professionals. Shiraishi VisaJP Canada has a wealth of experience and knowledge, is trustworthy, and does careful work. To Ms. Shiraishi and all of the staff, thank you very much.
