Why did you decide to immigrate to Canada?
What first led me to think about moving to Canada was a friend who had immigrated here. I visited Vancouver casually for sightseeing and to see that friend, but as I experienced life here, the environment and the people, I began to picture myself living in Canada. After that I started to seriously want to build a life here, and I began working toward permanent residence. Along the way I moved from BC to Alberta, and thanks to a number of good connections, I was able to obtain an LMIA work permit in Alberta this time.
