Key Points from the Consultant
We first helped Ms. I with a work permit application in early 2023, and this was the second time — a renewal. She has now been with us for more than two and a half years.
The place of application differed between the previous permit and this one, so even though it was a second application in the same work permit category, the procedure was different and I imagine it was a little confusing at times.
Recent LMIA reviews are also taking a long time, which must have caused some anxiety, but she always came to us whenever something was unclear, so despite the long wait I believe she obtained the permit as smoothly and trouble-free as possible.
