This client, who attended a beauty-related school on a study permit to build a career as a hairstylist, was introduced by a boss and asked Shiraishi VisaJP Canada to handle a permanent residence application under BCPNP Skilled Workers. Despite the anxiety of a prolonged review after the medical exam, the client received careful support and obtained permanent residence in about 18 months.
The final stage of the review ran into a period when processing took longer, but the client came to pick up the permanent residence approval with a big smile!

Client Comments
Why did you decide to immigrate to Canada?
During my first working holiday, I had no immediate connection to a work permit or anything like that, but I loved Canada and wanted to stay, so I attended a beauty-related school on a study permit to add even a little to my career as a hairstylist, and luckily I then found an employer to sponsor my work permit. I got a two-year permit at that time, and from then on I seriously wanted to apply for permanent residence. I was filled with the desire to keep working in Canada as a hairstylist.
What made you choose Shiraishi VisaJP Canada?
I contacted Shiraishi VisaJP Canada on the recommendation of my boss. Being helped in Japanese, by Japanese staff, was a huge relief. They explained things carefully, so I could ask them with peace of mind. They took care of everything time-consuming, including the documents, so I did not have any particular trouble.
What was the most memorable part of the process?
During the application, all sorts of questions come up, such as when it would be okay to go back to Japan temporarily, and I think it made a big difference that I could consult them about anything, however small. The review dragged on from the point when the medical exam was done and I was almost there, so it took a little time, but I had my work permit, they replied quickly to my emails several times, and I trusted them, so I never felt anxious.
How was your experience using Shiraishi VisaJP Canada’s services?
If you leave it to Shiraishi VisaJP Canada, you will be fine! (laughs) Thank you so much.
