A Steady Path from a Canadian Public University to a Post-Graduation Work Permit and Permanent Residence|Client C

With Shiraishi VisaJP Canada’s encouragement, this client’s employer, which had been reluctant to support visas, agreed to provide support, and the client asked us to handle a permanent residence application under BCPNP International Graduate. Although the occupation was not a skilled one, a detailed promotion plan was carefully prepared, and the client obtained permanent residence in about 13 months.
We prepared this application while paying close attention to how it related to the application of another applicant at the same company.

What was the most memorable part of the process?
My employer’s basic stance was not to support visa or permanent residence applications, but Shiraishi VisaJP Canada’s consultant talked with my employer, and they agreed to support me. A colleague also wanted support around the same time, so they handled both of our applications simultaneously.
In the BCPNP International Graduate category, it seems difficult to be approved unless your occupation is a skilled one, and my occupation is not a skilled occupation. However, the consultant worked with my employer to create a detailed “promotion plan” to present to the officer, and I was successfully approved.
Apparently it is also risky for one company to apply for the same occupation at the same time, but the consultant came up with a way of presenting our case that made the most of our applying together, which I think worked well.
How was your experience using Shiraishi VisaJP Canada’s services?
I am busy with work every day, and if I had prepared the documents myself, I think I would never have obtained permanent residence. Shiraishi VisaJP Canada’s consultant kept what I had to do to a minimum: I just brought what I was asked to bring, signed where I was told to sign, and then simply waited.
Future outlook and a message for those planning to travel to Canada
Now that I have permanent residence, I would like to run side businesses of my own while continuing my current job, and make a lot of money.
