This is the case of Client F, who aimed to settle permanently in Vancouver, where the client had studied at university, and who, through the restaurant owner’s introduction, asked Shiraishi VisaJP Canada to handle a BCPNP application following a Post-Graduation Work Permit. Despite a long wait caused by rule changes at the immigration authorities, the client received updates at every step and obtained permanent residence through BCPNP International Graduate in approximately 36 months.
Although the client studied psychology at university, the client applied for permanent residence with the support of the restaurant where the client worked part-time.

Thanks for the Long-Term Support
Shiraishi VisaJP Canada supported me in many ways over a long period. It took about three years from my BCPNP application to obtaining permanent residence, and their support at every step along the way helped me enormously.
Why did you decide to immigrate to Canada?
I originally came to Vancouver to study at university. Since I had wanted to live abroad in the future even while I was in Japan, I had been hoping since my university days that I could stay on permanently.
By the time I graduated, the immigration rules had changed, and it had become difficult to immigrate with an ordinary office job, so I asked the Japanese restaurant where I had worked part-time during university to sponsor me.
What made you choose Shiraishi VisaJP Canada?
The restaurant owner introduced me to Shiraishi VisaJP Canada, since they had already been supporting the restaurant staff with their visa applications.
What was the most memorable part of the process?
Because they already had a track record, preparing the documents and dealing with the restaurant went very smoothly. However, the timing of my BCPNP application coincided with the launch of Express Entry and a period of many changes at the immigration authorities, so the wait after applying was extremely long. Along the way, my post-graduation work permit expired and I had to return to Japan temporarily, and after going back I waited more than a year, so it really feels like it has finally happened.
Even while I was in Japan, they contacted me every time there was progress and kept the process moving, so I did not worry, and I successfully obtained permanent residence.
How was your experience using Shiraishi VisaJP Canada’s services?
They supported me with everything that would have been hard to understand on my own, such as rule changes and document preparation, so I was able to wait with peace of mind. For me, the long wait was the hardest part, but this summer I will finally land and become a permanent resident.
Thank you for all your help up to now.
