Client N, who came to Canada on a working holiday, entrusted Shiraishi VisaJP Canada with everything from a study permit and an LMIA-based work permit to the permanent residence application. Even with issues during the LMIA application, such as delays on the employer’s side, the client received careful support and obtained permanent residence through BCPNP Skilled Worker (Express Entry Stream) in approximately 7 months.
It was not my goal at first, but about 5 years after coming to Canada, I obtained permanent residence.

Why did you decide to immigrate to Canada?
I first came to Canada in 2014 on a working holiday. After finishing a year of work, I wanted to study a little more, so I went to Shiraishi VisaJP Canada for advice. In 2015 I obtained a study permit and a co-op work permit, and after that my wish to stay and work in Canada grew stronger, so I obtained a work permit (LMIA). They have helped me all the way through to permanent residence.
What was the most memorable part of the process?
When I applied for the LMIA needed for my work permit, there were various problems, such as my employer being slow to respond and my file suddenly being put on hold, but Ms. Sakurai, who was in charge of my case, always responded carefully and quickly.
I obtained my work permit without problems, and making use of that work experience, I was able to move on to permanent residence under a BCPNP category. In my case, my work permit was going to expire at the time of my permanent residence application, but thanks to her precise advice, my work permit extension went smoothly and I was able to wait for permanent residence while working.
How was your experience using Shiraishi VisaJP Canada’s services?
It was all thanks to Ms. Sakurai’s personality and precise advice. I am truly glad I asked them. Thank you so much!
