To apply for the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), you must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to the province of Ontario and receive a nomination.

To apply through the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), you must first register your profile in the federal Express Entry system. Once you are in the pool, you will need to receive a nomination from Ontario to qualify for one of the streams.
